Task: Subdivision of undeveloped land (Birchmans Estate) into smaller allotments for individual sale
Land boundaries were first assessed by ground survey to ensure that the measurements on the title match those on the land. Larger subdivisions required Digital Terrain Modelling, which allowed us to outline the design of infrastructure (i.e. roads, water, electricity and sewers). Calculations from the collected data enabled us to subdivide the land and mark out individual allotments with pegs, according to the planner’s design.
Our process ensured that when the plan is submitted it gained approval and registration of new titles on the allotments, making them ready for sale to potential purchasers.
