Development applications

• 4Dsurveying has Prepared over 50 Development Applications in the last 5 Years with a 98‰ success rate at getting development's through council.
• We have noticed a real need in this Area as council prefers to have a Land Professional Project manage the complete Process.

A lot of my experience as a builder has been obtained by working on renovations in Sydney. In particular such areas as Balmain, Hunters Hill, Lilyfield and Annandale. Due to the nature of these areas I understand the importance of accurate surveying. Since, returning to Canberra in 2003 I have formed my own building company and only use Peter and his team at 4D Surveying due to their professionalism and attention to detail.
