More than just pegs in the paddock ... I took a complicated subdivision proposal to Peter Williams and his team for advice. Peter saw exactly what I was trying to achieve and jumped in to assist. Peter went way beyond the normal call of a surveyor, he managed a raft of specialist consultants to pull together all the necessary reports to support the subdivision design. Council and the neighbouring property holders agreed to the design and the DA has since been passed. I highly recommend the 4D team
