History

Established in 1972 as R.J. Kell and Co., the practice has provided surveying services to the ACT and New South Wales for 36 years and has successfully completed a range of projects, big and small for a variety of clients. As a keen and devoted employee of 9 years, Peter Williams became a partner of the business in 1999 and as Director has been an integral element to the business success. His commitment to delivering quality service, with the best staff, at a competitive price while utilising the latest technologies ensures that the story of 4D Surveying will continue for many years to come.

Peter Williams through his company 4D Surveying has provided survey and planning services to our Rural Residential development at ‘Taliesin’ outside Queanbeyan.
